Publication Options

Option 1: Publication in IJKE. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Knowledge Engineering, which will be indexed by Google Scholar, Crossref, Proquest, etc.

Option 2:  Publication in JAIT. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference technical committees, and accepted papers will be published in the Journal of Advances in Information Technology, which will be indexed by Scopus, EBSCO; ULRICH's Periodicals Directory; WorldCat; CrossRef, etc..

For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days. Follow the Abstract Template when preparing your abstract.

Please follow the format when preparing your paper.

For option 2. please use JAIT Template (.doc)

Paper Page Limit

Each submitted paper should be with at least 4 pages. To encourage long paper submission, there is no upper limit for paper pages..


Submission Method

Electronic Submission System (.pdf)

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted via EasyChair submission system.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

Publication Ethics

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
